Siba I.El-Samra is an Urban Mobility Associate at World Resources Institute (WRI). She is a trained Urban Planner and Landscape Architect with experience in urban design, multimodal transportation, refugee issues and local governance. She is passionate about creating places that everyone can enjoy safely. Her interests are in design and policy and this reflects on her education and career path as they combine these two to achieve just, safe, equitable and sustainable cities. She holds a Masters Degree in Landscape architecture and City and Regional Planning from Cornell University, and a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Design and Eco-Management from the American University of Beirut.
