Leticia Sabino, walker, from São Paulo. Graduated in MSc Urban Design and City Planning at UCL (University College London) in London – as a Chevening scholar. Undergrad in business administrator with a postgraduate degree in Creative Economy and Creative Cities. Founder and Director of the Walkability Institut, a women-led organization founded in 2012 that, driven by the urgency of achieving gender equality and addressing the climate crisis, develops cities where people and walking are a priority. Co-founder of an association and pedestrian mobility network in São Paulo and Latin America. She has spoken at COP-26 and was recognized as Remarkable Women in Transport in 2020.
