
Kim Lua is a Senior Officer at Global Road Safety. He is a Program country lead for coordinating and delivering the Botnar Child Road Safety Challenge (BCRSC) in India and Vietnam. Serve as a grant manager and the primary coordinator of the implementation of the BCRSC. Identify the policy and infrastructure gaps in road safety and sustainable transportation. Provide expert technical guidance, support, and guidance on safe, equitable, and sustainable mobility as well as sustainable urban development issues to civil society, government agencies, and the private sector. Support the implementation of city-based sustainable transportation projects. He holds a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan.
