
Iwona Alfred is a Program Manager at the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) within the Global team responsible for content management and production of training materials, best practices and visual content for ITDP’s capacity-building program. In her role, she helps build a network of cities through the capacity building program and facilitates channels for peer exchange and awareness building around sustainable and inclusive urban mobility. Recently, Iwona has been spearheading the development of frameworks, multimedia tools, and workshops on Mobility and Access for Babies, Toddlers, and Caregivers. She has a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute (NYC) and a dual bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Geography from Hunter College (NYC).
