David Mihigo is a graduate student in Master of Science in Urban Planning and Management at the Ardhi University, Dar es Salaam-Tanzania. He has a Bachelor’s Degree with Upper Second Class Honors in Land Surveying at Ruhengeri Institute of High Education (INES-RUHENGERI) and Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering option of Construction Technology at Integrated Polytechnic Regional Centre Kigali (IPRC-Kigali). He is the founder of Power of Love (Urukundo) Organization in Rwanda.
