
Damilola Odekunle is a registered urban planner, lecturer, and researcher with expertise and experience in community development; urban competitiveness and resilience; environmental and social justice; urban governance; pro-poor management and governance; urban health; inter-city analysis, & neighbourhood-level research. She lectures at the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, University of Lagos. She is a published author and a member of various international research networks. She has worked with various communities, academics, the media, civil society organisations, policymakers, faith-based organisations, and think tanks on transdisciplinary projects with partners in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, Cameroon, Brazil, Jamaica, South Africa, and Kenya.
