Conference Venue
The central venue is Kigali Conference and Exhibition Village (KCEV), and the University of Rwanda campus next door. It is a short walk along the ridge of KN 3 Ave to the downtown area of Kigali which is a vibrant hub of shops and social venues.
Visa Requirements
Visitors can apply for an entry visa online or on arrival. Not all nationals are required to have a visa. To apply for a visa online visit the Irembo Govt website. Check for updated entry requirements at the official website of Immigration Rwanda and look for the visa: V5 Conference and meetings. You can also reach your Migration Office of your country for specific entry requirements, such as additional documentation or required forms.
Airfare Discount
